This is a Union Pacific Heritage repaint of the observation car included in the "FRISCO T-54 Mountains & 1522 Entourage" payware from Machine Rail.
You will need the Frisco T54 Mountain from Machine Rail to use this observation car one of several owned and operated by the Union Pacific Railroad.

Run the installer or drill down and place the UP Heritage folder into the MachineRail\Frisco T54 Mountain\RailVehicles\Passenger folder. Either way you then need to copy the following GeoPcDx's from the 1552 Entourage and paste them into the UP Heritage folder:

blue bonnet.GeoPcDx
Chauteau club.GeoPcDx
Firefly.GeoPcDx
This car should show up as (MR)UP Heritage obs.
