Marias Pass Two

According to the Steam Data Base both Marias Pass and the SD40-2 package have been up loaded and they do show a combo pack will be available. The last couple of routes, "Faversham high Speed" and "the Western Lines of Scotland" were released earlier in the day than normal so here's hoping for tomorrow morning.

I really hope that the SD40s come out at the same time as Marias Pass! I want to make some BN scenarios! I never bought the RW2 one because of the freeware ones at the time. One thing that I don't understand is why RSC didn't include the Dash 9 or ES44AC since theyre probably the most common engines on the pass.

They included the ES44DC... does that satisfy you?

Yes! I am completely satisfied with the tremendous work RSC has put into this. I was just wondering because I had seen the Dash 9s in earlier screens. Sorry if I soundedgreedy or unappreciative.

Also I thought that AC traction was used on grains? Then again I'm probably wrong?

In the video's I've seen, BNSF uses DC power on grain trains, too, or the ES44C4. I have no clue why though given that that wasn't what it was designed for (to my knowledge).

That's simply because they were vaguely prototypical and I was using them (amongst other things) for track testing before the ES44DC was made.

Anyway, it's today here now so we shall have to see what tomorrow brings for you guys.

ES44C4s are mostly on hot intermodal trains out of LA. They have the A-1-A truckset. Trains Magainze had an article about the new truck setting.

Seen that it was out and INSTANTLY started steam and bought it! got to the page that steam asks me if im shure I want to and I actually yelled out lout "SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!!!"
