Form rwa? you're kidding right?

CSX doesn't have any ES44ACs with high lights, you might as well do what Pike did with the dash 9 to the default ES44 CSX YN3, like an enhancement pack or something.

By the way someone on here said that the way the game worked it did not lend itself to the ditch lights going from bright to dim only from off to on. Ian's dash 8 has the lights going from bright to dim.

It has been my real world observation (I can not prove it) that for at least CSX, the ditchlighs, turn back and forth. Not on and off, or to bright, dim, bright, dim bright, dim... I will someday soon try to prove this, or at least learn why it looks so.

I don't own the RSC heritage packs because I strongly believe they are overpriced. I'm on a tight budget right now and I'm positive that its possible to make the ditch lights flash on the CSX YN3 Kuju ES44AC

SMM made his c39 with dim lights as well.

Mike. Let em loose! They will be fun to use, and who knows? Maybe someday soon CSX will use the high light configuration! Then, we'll be one step ahead of them!

Nope. His lights are not children either. Also you need to author the light control in the blueprint to be able to switch to 'Dim'.

Now that being said... I could add a dim glow to front and rear and control them from the LUA. However. They will not act like the real thing. It will be a total hack. Right now I would rather spend my time on RCAP, SD7/9, and your SD70ace.

I have done flashing lights before, just that they were strobes. I can reuse that code, but I have to adjust the durations.

I should probably play around with the old UPY588 since it had both the strobes and the ditch lights I made.

Its more than that. I need to look at the GEO and see if each of the ditchlights have their own nodes. If not then the show is off.

Should we vote for Heritage repaint units as well?
They don't have too, but RWA can! We can make our own!

If you need a few smaller heritage unit drawings for CSX, check this out. *!!wink!!*

Don't forget the Durham and Southern! Since NS did a heritage unit for more than one shortline predecessor, CSX should too! *!!wink!!*
