There is also a SD45-2 out there. I think Rich hasn't been looking hard enough for some of these things he wants. !*roll-laugh*!

true, but he does have a point about the variations of headlight positions and if they have dynamic brakes or not, the rest of the variations could be done with child objects....unless its a change in the cab such as a santa fe gull wing cab on a dash9 or a Canadian wide cab on a GP40-2, that kinda falls into the same category as the dynamics and headlights.

That's why I've considered making said locomotives with a "kit of parts" child objects set. Different noses, plows, anticlimbers, etc. But such a task is huge.

Yes I apologize, I always forget about your GP60, SD60 and 8-40C.

The Bessemer and Lake Erie. 200 miles of pure tonnage.

Glenn

Glenn, Yes I'd really like to see the Bessemer route as well !!*ok*!! Especially when the SD38's, SD38AC's and the SD38-2's ruled the rails. But unfortunately I think an ice cube has a better chance in Hades than we do of ever seeing the Bessemer, but I've been wrong before !*roll-laugh*!

The only problem is the GP40 is not available separately *!sad!* I wish he would sell that GP40 as a separate add-on's. Currently, I'd really hate to purchase an entire route just for one locomotive. Plus if you do a few repaints of the locomotive and upload the repaints, you are forcing others to purchase an entire route just for one locomotive. We've already been down that road in the past. Nothing against the people who created the route, I have their other route and enjoy it greatly, but to be honest, I have no interest in the route the GP40 comes with, sorry.

Where is there a SD45-2 for Rail Works? Are you sure you're not thinking of the SD45 from RSC? Big difference between the SD45 and SD45-2.

Actually, there's very glaring differences between the two.
