Hey guys.
I know this might be a little shocking. I am running out of ideas. !*not-ok*!
I want this to become a !S-T! , but I need ideas. Please let me hear your suggestions. I'll see what I could do. !!*ok*!!
Thanks,
Noel.

Well if you open to suggetions I have thought. What would it looked like if EMD had gone into production with an SD30? What would a Southern unit look like? Always wondered about that. Would have been built on an SD35 frame. High hood of coarse!

Wow. Makes an SD45 look small. Which it was by almost 3'. Anyway to "tweak" the SD30? It dawned on me what is different about it. The high hood would have only come up to the roof line of the cab like a standard GP30. I can see where the slope is in the top of the cab. Then stretch the long hood to almost the same length as the frame. Almost to the last handrail stantion. There would have needed to be room for higher capacity dynamic brakes with 2 fans. The lower frame, fuel tank, and trucks would have been black. It's really easy for me to ask all of this. I am not the one spending who knows how much time doing it! You are doing something that I can only do in my head. Don't want to come across as picking your wonderful work apart either. Just things that have always been in my head as to "what if". Believe me there are a few more! Thank you for your time so very much my friend!

Now THAT is what I have always had pictured in my head as to how it would have exactly looked like!!! Seaboard System took delivery of L&N's SD50's. They would have had a grey nose. I am loving this!
