There is no reason for RSC to kiss his butt or anything else. He decided to have the fit. His route runs fine in 2013 as you can see from my screen shot post of today. There were a lot of issues when the latest update came out with many routes and they seem to have all seemed to be resolved. As far as the EULA issues I have said all I have to say unless someone has a new original thought. I hope PapaXpress puts out his assets soon. In the meantime anything holding you up in the creation department PM me and I will see if I can get you what you need.
I hope sometime in the future someone picks up the baton and works the scenery South of Dalton on this great route. I hope we can just press on.
