All my Dash9 (6 liveries) are fine also, I'm just moving my previous enhancement to the new version, was missing only the rain which I was waiting for. !!*ok*!! BTW the new version came only with headlight, rear light, and also a nice buil-in tail light (though they have set wrongly for the back tail light).

I downloaded the update, cleared my cache, and started my game. Everything seemed fine, and the Dash 9s worked fine(they had the enhancements). The repaints though are messed up and I will need to tinker with them. I wonder why some people are having issues and others are not. !**conf**!

Mine too! !*hp*! I turned off updates, but I was too late. *!rolleyes!*
I just bought mine during the sale. I really liked them ..... for three days. Maybe the half price was just a rental fee.*!lol!*

Doesn't it seem like the one time you forget to turn off updates, there's an update that breaks something/removes content?

For god's sake, just wait it out.
First Steam deletes the old files, then it attempts to download the new ones, and sometimes fails to do so.
It's the same problem as the last update: Steam can't keep up, or someone at Steam forgets to make some files available. Just verify local files after a while.

The Dash9s on my system appear in the correct location on the item selection box in the Scenario Editor... Everything works...... except my CSX re-paints from Pikes' Products; which cause some really nasty/corrupt graphics displays. It appears to me that RSC has changed something somehwere in the dash9 update that is totally messing up the re-painted locos, at least on my system

If we dont speak, they'll never know.. :). I'd prefer to say something and never assume than to assume and go without..

As for the update itself and the repaints.. hmmmm.. Originally, what was installed was the BNSF Dash 9 Pack. however, the new update installs as Dash 9 Locomotive Pack.. Not trying to imply anything but, :)..
OH, I'm also missing blueprints.spk and blueprints.spk.MD5
very strange..

Interestingly the update has rendered my game nothing more than some nice eye candy to look at. I can only start a free-roam scenario, and it works fine up until I try to drive a train. As soon as I click on the locomotive to drive it I get a SBHH and the game freezes.

I've cleared cache, verified game data and restarted the machine all to no avail. Of equal interest is that Steam found no issues even though I have several modded or altered files so I'm chalking this one up to Steam.

We'll try again tomorrow evening and see how she goes. Fingers crossed! !*whack*!
