Scenario markers and route markers question

Unread postby glenn68 » Fri May 25, 2012 3:00 pm

Good Afternoon,
I have been working the scenario editor recently and actually picking up the idea very quickly but I have a problem with markers. If a route siding marker or a route yard marker is too small in length can I place a scenario marker over top of it in the scenario editor? I had tried it once but it will not work for me. I had went and put in my own scenario markers (Destination and siding) but when I need the car length the world siding marker get in the way.
Thanks,
Glenn

When I tried it in my scenarios, RW3 did not like it, so I keep my own markers and the markers from the route separate.

Thanks for the reply.
When I put down a scenario siding marker on a siding marker that was already in place it will only allow me to but up against the world marker and not go over top of it.

Delete the World marker and then add your own.

If you do that and someone else loads the scenario it may not work the way you want it because when you delete it in the world editor it only changes your copy and the marker you put in will more then likely give you problems
