Will have to get this one!

Question: where did you find a Viewliner model? They look totally different from any other US stock. Or UK stock for that matter.

I see a lot of viewliners on the Crescent and the east coast trains.

Marley (love your scenarios and stuif on your site, love love LOVE! Also your scenario design tutorial!),

That pic is a Viewliner, and a Viewliner model would be the 3d model of a Viewliner car. It's not like Amfleet, heritage, Horizon or Superliner Amtrak cars. It was supposed to become the next generation single level car but the funding for it never came about, so there are a bunch of coaches, and maybe a handful of sleepers.

The Cardinal consist usually has at least one Viewliner.

I just assumed you'd made or found a 3d model of a Viewliner to reskin.

Ah! no then. I used the G-Trax Lightweight Passenger Car. It is so difficult to find any passenger stock for US Routes and I now want RSC to start making more US Stock even though I am from UK. Same with the NJT Comet coaches, just plain old UK MK3 coaches. If ever RSC or any one else gets round to making good US Passenger stock I will update the stock in the scenarios.

These scenarios are crashing RW3 for me. It just goes away and I'm back to the RW3 window. Anyone else have this issue? I have all of the DLC and payware components installed.

Thanks

DonR, I have no feedback from any users stating their scenarios have any issues, this is not uncommon even when there are issues, some users just never say anything. There has been 40 downloads and about as many for the 'Test Pack' previous to that. I may still have the test pack available, to test all the re-skins using a free roam on the TS2012 Test Track Route. I could make that available if you want.

The Cardinal Reskin Test Pack This link will take you to an external web site.

Then let me know if the re-skins show up.

Ok. No change in behavior. This is weird.
The test scenario loads and I see all of the reskins, but when I try to load the Cardinal scenarios, RW still crashes to desktop. I am able to load other NEC scenarios.

I checked RW Tools for "The Cardinal #50 AEM-7 PHI-NYC" and this shows as missing:
RSC\NorthEastCorridor\railvehicles\electric\aem7\default\engine\aem-7 engine - rd.bin

Nothing missing for the other 3 scenarios, but they all 4 crash to desktop. No SBHH or anything, just "boom" back to the desktop.

I verified my game cache and all files are there. I'm scratching my head.

Thanks,
Don.
