Bad unwrapping. Those parts are not UVmapped to the correct part of the texture.
Or, you modified the texture image after the unwrapping.

Could it be that the texture was swaped with another?

If that's the GP9, your "missingbits" texture ( it's called that ) has been replaced by what looks like a bogie texture.
