Well, maybe that and the fact that RSC is outsourcing to India? How long has MS been doing that? !*don-know!*

He may be alluding to the hint in the Donner Pass thread *!lol!*
plus a team in India have been be beavering away


I suppose the Indians mentioned are natives of the sub continent not native Americans (Mind they would have a better hands on knowledge of the route!!!)
