I had to scroll back up to the top of this thread to see if it was indeed at RWA. I could have sworn I accidentally clicked that "other site"...

I have issues with TSX also (as I have complained about before here) but...jeez guys....

Personally, I don't see any constructive use to complaining about the inefficient game engine, considering the response from RSC. None. It's truly beating a dead horse. They know about the complaints. They're fully aware. It doesnt seem complaining more will influence them at all. Clearly RSC isnt interested in optimizing the game engine right now. They haven't responded to anything, they haven't published any acknowledgment that there is a problem. So we need to assume it is not on their priority list. Yeah, that sucks.

So considering this opinion, if true, would we rather they just get fed up with our boycotts and close up shop and abandon the program? Or keep producing addons for a sluggish game engine, and keep growing, and maybe someday re-visit the problem?

I feel your pain. I can run TSX on with framerates in the 15-40 range, depending on the scenery. The 15 end isnt enjoyable... But I just dont think this thread is going to go anywhere positive.

I think this thread has gone on long enough.
