There is a weather package by Tom Boswell. I know it is at otto's site, it may also be at trainsim.com. To find ottos site look at one of his posts at his signature. Shouldnt have any problem finding one of his posts over there.

I am currently using the Sky that came with Fort Kent, unfortunately I won't be able to package my route with it.
