Will the switcher also come with a freeware basic pack. Like how it looks though.

Sorry J. there will not be a free version as it is a special order.
The loco was specifically designed to do one single job. To push the quench car from the coking plant to the quenching plant and then on to the coke tip and back again!!!! Not very exciting I know.

Mind in real life it will be a bit more dramatic. The red hot coke pouring out of the ovens, then the clouds of steam when being quenched and the evere present stench of coal gas, tar and all the other volatile materials involved. Oh what fun!!!! !*roll-laugh*!

You could include this in your steelworks pack but please consider the ones who have already bought the pack.

Here are two coke locos that were donated to the Heart Of Dixie RR Museum after the empire coke plant closed. They would have had a slag car also but at the time they could not afford to move it & the two locos.

Looks like something that will fit right in on Rich Garber's Massilon extension to Ohio Steel. Anybody who hasn't already looked should head over to his site and start drooling all over your keyboard.

Those look great Dick. I like the idea of having special steel mill power. The coke pusher will be a nice addition that adds to the realism. Keep up the fine work sir.
