My problem with this model was loosing the detail (such as the plug doors) after I applied new paint. How did you give such great detail to those doors? Aren't they a photo detail?

Yes it is. Just happened to have a great photo to work with. Here's some shots of a blank car and then a painted one.

May I have a copy of the layered texture files for the blank car? Do you edit in PhotoShop or which program? I can convert just about any format.
