I have noticed some birch trees, are these new? I found them on someones site a few months back and have been quietly adding them to the Alaska route. Lots of them up here but I couldn't find them in the original route.

Good point "AmericanSteam", In northern US and the Canadian forested regions, birch trees are considered pionner species which will populate freshly forested cuts or after forest fires. Taking this info, it would be appropriated to find small clumps in newly forested areas among the remaining tree stumps such as we have in the Enhanced Feather River Rte. They like well drained soils such as sandy areas or stream banks. Another important pioneer specy is the poplar (Populous deltoidis)

Has anyone had this problem? In the scenario "Oroville Homeward Bound", the U23B gauge lights, when lights are energized, are missing the gauges? The U23B in the original FRC does not do this...only the updated unit. This is honestly the only problem that I have found. Every scenario runs perfect, and I have run them all. I am loving it!

Here is a short video that I have just made using the new Nvidia Control Panel App. I set TSC to default settings through the app. The only thing I had to do in TSC was brighten it up a tiny bit. I have also turned HDR on which is simulated for older games that don't support HDR. Any comments good or bad are welcomed on the video. I have found that the most enjoyable way for me to run this route is with head out the right window. There are many things to see trackside. I used TS_Tools to change the Career scenarios to standard, turned off scoring and enjoy the ride.

The update has been submitted to DTG and is in QA. It will depend upon how much of a backlog exists. Hope to see it released soon.

The FRCE patch was provided to DTG some time ago and has been going through QA. We're expecting it to be released in the coming days. The TP patch was prioritized because it addressed a couple key issues related to playability.

No offense intended but FRC Extended has been out since February 15th. One would think that DTG could process a patch faster than 30 days or HIS could release a temporary patch as other developers have in the past.

I never realized it needs a patch. What is wrong ?
