Gonna be honest, I'm kinda disappointed the "silverside" coal gons were missed out here. Since they commonly ran on Saluda in unit coal trains, usually powered by EMD SD40-2s and SD45s with the radio car in the middle. Basically, everything is there for correct operations (in this pack and in DTMs NS SD45 one). At least there's some resemblance of this operation in this pack, just with earlier coal hopper types that pre-dated the silversides IRL.

Are there any of them modeled for TS in any road name?

Sadly no, aren’t any models that are really close anyway.

On a different note, is the F unit included a DTM model or a kuju model? This isn’t a bad thing at all I’m only just curious.

The GP35 has prototypical AAR trucks from trade ins although typically the moaners have ignored that and yet they complain about a lack of road specific details???? The GP18 has road specific exhausts and, along with the GP35 Southern unique check letters with the cabside numbers.

Some people in the TS community live to complain and when there isn't something, they'll go out of their way to find it.

watching the usual negative nancy on youtube, while some things i think he criticizes is fair... some an easy google search disproves.
complaining the color isnt black enough but then you watch another vid where the black is too dark so i dont know about that one.

I don’t recall anyone complaining about road specific details (if I’m wrong I haven’t seen it), the GP35s and GP18s have the basic amount of road specific details to make them work, so I wouldn’t get that.

You see most of those people complaining about those things since most of them have been “spoiled” by stuff from searchlight, smokebox, dieselworkshop, and machinerail that have all this realism. And when they come to something like this they don’t really get the same feeling and that’s where a lot of that critique comes from.
Some like actual realism when playing a sim, others just want to relax and have fun just running some virtual trains. Trying to sum it up the best.

What is your point? We have some people who are just constant complainers about near everything except their little favorites and then the vast majority of us who appreciate all of the hard work that goes into making something creative and makes our hobby that much more enjoyable. I'm just thrilled that I'm one of those that enjoy what we can get and don't spend all my time being miserable about what I don't have that I think I'm entitled to even though none of us are entitled to anything. You may notice that for the most part it's the same few chronic bitchers and moaners and snotty reviewers each and every time.

I have learn to ignore 'those people' as some of their reviews reach a standard that is out of reach. To be honest..... they might as well apply to a real railroad and see what it is like. Me personally..... I don't want to experience work at home !*roll-laugh*!

A nice "what if" scheme. I honestly wish southern would've kept the green instead of going to black.

It's not a 'what if'. If you look on Rail Pictures Archives you will see Locos with that paint scheme. Another "expert" not to be trusted. !*roll-laugh*!

Buzz, that's still black. The green "hue" might be a defect of a slide to web conversion. It doesn't take away from your reskin, although you can certantly go without the unnecessary insults.

In this picture, the unit you showed that picture of is second out.
