Do I put the PRB assets in the PRB route folder or in the railworks folder?

With all due respect. Let me ask a simple question. Do you know anything about where content and assets are supposed to be placed? If not I'll walk you through the process. Where are you finding these PBR assets?

I love it if you would walk me through I don't know what I'm doing. I got the PRB assets of a link in the forums and it came in a PRB assets.7z file and I could and I didn't know what to did with it. You can walk me through it here or I have a discord if that would work.

No all that was in there was PRB assets.7z that I could open into notepad and I even tried extracting that to maybe find some hidden files but there was none. if you wanted maybe you could send me a different download link maybe everything will be in there.

I gotta ask. Are you a troll of some sort? I am trying to help but your comments just don't connect with my questions. You don't extract 7Z files to notepad last time I checked.

As posted by Buzz on the previous page of this thread: PRB-Assets-cleaned.7z

https://www.mediafire.com/file/2f5qw1k5 ... ed.7z/file

Once you open the archive, the instructions are in : info.txt

It sounds like this is your initial installation of the route, so per the instructions, you should only have to install the contents of the ".rwp" file.

Not sure what the deal is with your statement about "it came in notepad by default"; so I'd recommend that you download the assets file again and see if it works. The only thing where notepad should be involved, is when you open the "info.txt" file to read the instructions.

If something is still not making sense, please post back and explain.

I think I got it now the I got the assets properly installed all of the buildings are there and tracks but the scenery isn't all there. I have some grass and some tress but very little roads and bridges. the map is full of white yellow and black textures on the ground. what is causing that?

If you're seeing the white and black 'missing texture' images on the ground, you don't have the assets or prerequisite routes required.
