I bought Durango & Silverton, how do I get the route?

Unread postby Nicolás » Wed Aug 17, 2022 7:15 pm

Hi.

I bought the D&S route from their website (https://www.drhs315.org/ds-train-sim/) but I haven't received any download link, nor any contact from the seller. Can anyone help?

From their website: "Please note this is not an automatic download. Our staff is all volunteer and are pretty quick off the mark but it may be a day or two before you receive your Train Simulator..
For all inquiries email us at info@drhs315.org or contact Jade at 970-749-3575. Jade Masterson"
Be patient.

I purchased the route upon returning from our trip to Durango, last year. I called after one full day,and inquired in a friendly tone. They sent a link,as I recall. The route installed easily, and works great.

Did you make a phone call? I'm not even in the US, I can't do that easily.

It's been 8 days and so far I still haven't gotten any reply from the DRHS. I spoke to ricksan and he forwarded my purchase information to someone in DRHS, but nothing has changed so far. I'm starting to lose interest, frankly.

It's possible your email domain is getting blocked. I had issues with trying to get an account with the UK forum group, and my yahoo email kept getting rejected on their end. So I never could setup an account. Maybe ricksan can act as a US forwarder and PM you here with the necessary information and/or links.

I'm using an old Hotmail domain, so it's feasible it might get blocked. But still, according to PayPal the transaction was successful and therefore I should get the product. If anything I could send them a mail through an alternative Gmail address I use.

Have you checked the Trash/junk folder, I have had download links that I have found in there when I have had similar “delay” in downloads.

I have received a reply on Gmail. Said they found my purchase and will be sending a download link shortly. I should have contacted their info address earlier, instead of some of the individual contact addresses.
