So I've installed the route and a few ground textures are missing, I have downloaded all the content from 3D Trains. Also the track speed is 5mph.

Have you run a asset check with TSTools? Tell me where you were at where these ground assets are missing and I can tell you for sure. As far as the 5mph speed limit I have no clue. No one else has ever reported this.

I am pretty sure it is Kuju\RailSimulator\Environment\Terrain\Grass\Grass***.
There is a outside chance it might be one of the grasses from UKTS_FP. Do you have that stuff?

I've done some testing and found out the problematic folders:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\WJ Sound\Montana Rail Link Huntley to Bozeman
the textures are not loading in properly or something.
