Transfer of DLC?

Just curious....can you transfer the DLC (ie; GP40-2) from TSW to TSW2? Just curious...

Nope unless you know how do a lot in UE4 (and somehow able to get by DTGs restrictions)

All TSW content now except for the GP40-2, NEC: New York, and the SW1000R have been brought over from TSW to TSW2 as part of the "Preserved Collection". The locos and route listed will not be brought to TSW2 ever due to there being some technical issue; what exactly that issue is is unclear.
