Metro North EMD GP35R

I decided to start working on the GP35R to create a work locomotive for the Hudson Line or the NYNH route.

I had to look that one up as everybody who rebuilds a locomotive seems to have a their own way of renaming the finished product.

Sounds good to me, I do have that route and will enjoy having another locomotive for it.

Best of luck in your endevors,

Thanks Everyone, right now I decided to start working on some simulation and cab view file editing, but for some reason earlier in this project I got a weird glitch when testing the locomotive. I would go into the cab view, which is from the NYNH SD40-2, an upgraded version of the default SD40. But when I went to the head-out view (shift + 2), a "ghost" SD40-2 was sort of stopped on the rails. Here's a screenshot.

Your blueprint is referencing the cabview geometry as the external geometry.

The only problem is that locomotive was custom-made for gregoryrice, the uploader. I want to make my version available for everyone. !*cheers*!

I wouldn't really call the NYNH SD40-2 an upgrade of the default one. Its brakes are literal crap

Easily fixed. See my post about fixing the N-Line loco with the same issue.
