Broadway Limited

Unread postby 18potterfan » Sat Mar 02, 2019 2:34 pm

I hadn't seen anything on here about it yet, so I just thought I'd express my excitement for the new Broadway Limited that's apparently already been submitted to QA at Dovetail! !*YAAA*!

Awesome stuff, these will be very nice for simulating NY&LB operations as well. The cars will look splendid behind the GG1 on the NEC too.

4 liveries for the locomotive and a full set of Broadway Limited coaches for $20. What's not to like. I drove up the Northeast Corridor from North Philly to Trenton and didn't explode or run out of fuel. No passengers complained.

Disclaimer: I did not count the rivets, nor did I measure the body of the loco to make sure it wasn't 3/16" too long, so I can't swear that DTM got those right.
As an entertainment product, it seems a good investment. I'll get my money's worth by Sunday evening. YOUR mileage may differ.

What they said. My only comment is they are too shiny and I am in the process of making them less shiny. I'll post a link to "less shiny" whenever I get around to finishing all of the cars. Since the PGA is on this weekend it'll probably get done since I'll need something to do between shots.
