Updated drivers, clean boot, and the game won't boot up

I deleted the folder under steam directory and uninstalled and then reinstalled it and game works

Hello. I am having an issue with TSW crashing with unreal 4 crash, I read through this thread, and tried all of the things listed, I have a support ticket into dovetail games, but it still crashes. Dovetail is saying that I do not meet the minimum specs, but I have been playing it for 32 hours! It just happen recently within the last 2 weeks.
System specs:
Dell XPS 8300
DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.00.0904)
CPU Type: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz @ 0 MHz 0 MHz
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950
Video RAM: 1692 MB

I click on the steam icon to play and get the tsw splash screen and then crash!
