OK, a patch for the "floating track" issue is attached to this post. It's also available on the G-TraX web site. (You may have to right click and select "Reload Frame" from the popup menu.) The patch contains only one file, Tracks.bin.

A new build of the route (v0.1) with the Tracks.bin fix will soon replace the original one (v0) so future downloaders of the route will not have to bother with the patch.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Thank you to everyone involved in making this route and the HH600. Great job!!!

I do have a quick question. Are the assets included in this route the same assets that would have come with that "other" (P.T.) route? I ask this because if we wanted to download a route that uses assets from that "other" route, we'd need to know the file structure to copy these over to.

You can P.M. me this information if you don't want to post it on here, if that's an issue.

Can you also do a repaint of that Alco HH600 as New York Central, it will work perfectly for our New York Central 1930's route being it was first developed in 31.

Question: should I download this if I already have PT?
I have a lot of scenarios for PT and probably they won't work with this new route unless the track is the same.

There is a version of the HH 660 in NYC paint @ Elvas Tower. This is a conversion of a MSTS model.

Well, I'm not a member at Elvas Tower anymore and can't get on there anymore either. As well, last time I checked they weren't taking new members at Elvas Tower.

Its a different route number so it won't overwrite any PT files. I probably don't need both routes, but as you said there are a lot of scenarios for PT.

Tracks.bin is the same for both routes, so the PT scenarios should work. Try copying one of them to the MM folder and let us know.

This is a conversion of a MSTS model.

The HH600 at ET was made for MSTS. Years ago when Michael Stephan first dreamed up the PT route concept, he asked the loco model's author if we could use it and was refused. The G-TraX HH600 was custom built for TS just this past month; it's not an MSTS conversion.

Can you also do a repaint of that Alco HH600 to...

We're fortunate to have many competent repainters here.
