New Orleans Route not showing in-game.

Has anyone else downloaded the New Orleans Route that was posted on 9-29-18 and then have it not show up in game? I used RW_Tools to check route and it gives me a massage that says there is a format error in the RouteProperties.xml. It also says "If you saw a message regarding Line 113,..." but I never have gotten such a message.

I have looked in the file but can not tell what is wrong. If anyone can figure it out, please post the solution here.

I got it fixed everyone, sorry if I waisted anyone's time looking into this. Turns out, for some reason, the RouteProperties.xml files got corrupted when I first downloaded the route. I uninstalled the route, re-downloaded it from the site and then installed it again and now it shows up. I've never had this problem before so it stumped me there for a minute.
