I had not realized until now, that is a MRL.
SD45-2? Is the basic DLC one of the DTM SD45? Which one?

It's the ATSF version. The horn is in the wrong place to be prototypical for most but not all of the MRL units however this is the only one they have put out that has the snowplow which is on all of the MRL SD45-2s.
