Could somebody please let me know where this DLC pack ( SD70Pack04 ) can be found to download. Is it part of a Route? or hidden elsewhere..

SD70Pack04 is the CSX version of the SD70MAC pack released by RSC. I believe it was sold as a 'Marketplace' item.

That's interesting...I check regularly the Market Place and have never seen it. I guess it has been pulled.

It's only available in USA. That's unusual because it's not BNSF. It is based on SD70 Volume 2 loco add on so that must have BN or BNSF content.

The marketplace CSX SD70MAC requires the SD70 Vol2 and it is here:

I have it, but I don´t remember if it is installed in this folder, but I believe so:

Yes, that's why I could not see / find it....I'm an outlander banned from enjoying one of my favourite roads " CSX "...
I own volume 1,2 and 3 and just because volume 2 had " BNSF locos " in it I cannot purchase the CSX only volume 4.
Geeezzz...this world sucks sometimes with these petty laws and rules.

Update...
I have created my own SD70Pack04_CSX_BY folder using my existing SD70Pack03. Pack03 is a SD70MAC and as Pack04 was market place CSX only, I figured DTG must have used existing files as they do often.. over and over, so fiddling the files and swapping things around I have partial success to compliment ET44C4's repaints. Numbering and decals to sort out....but looking good....

Exercise completed, a lot of work but finally got me a CSX SD70MAC....

Thanks ET...The side numbering was okay but the reverse colors for the numberboards was a drama especially when turning on the main headlights.
The lightning bolt I had to add to your texture as the Pack03 Geo did not have the CSX Logo Decal.
