F59PHI soundpack crashing game.

I just purchased this yesterday (http://jdesignsts.weebly.com/store.html) and I installed it according to the instructions, but every time I start a scenario with an F59PHI, the game instantly crashes. I'm not sure what's going on and I could use some help please.

I did last night, haven't heard anything yet.

Just narrowed down the problem to the EMD_F59PHI_CabControl.proxybin and EMD_F59PHI_CabControl.proxyxml. Will do some more investigating to find the issue.

Problem has been resolved! Swapped out the broken .BIN file with one that works and everything is working fine now.
