Is a CN and UP version possible too?

GECX is the blue, I think.

Yup, GECX is the reporting mark for the GE demos, not including the one with the fancy paint..

I maybe a little late to the reference photo party, but the more the merrier! *!lol!*
Here are just a few photos I have taken of the UP's ET44AH (C45AH) series while they have been out of the factory:
(Note: All but this top one are edited and have slightly modified colors and are most likely incorrect.)

I've noticed two design variations: UP 2702 and up have the small hump in front of the radiator section contoured to match that radiator section.
UP 2651 has an ugly square box there.

What kind of service are these 4 motor units used in? UP ET44AH (C45AH to UP) suggest heavy flatland drags to me, since I think 6 motor AH units are still preferred for mountain territory.

From what I can tell on the Union Pacific they are mostly being used around California and often times end up running stack trains from City of Industry (LA), Oakland, and a few other CA terminals to Illinois and vice versa, or just plainly used for stack trains in general. I haven't seen the ET's run too many long distance freights between either West Colton and North Platte or Roseville and North Platte. I am almost positive that most their Tier 4 locomotives are assigned strictly to California kind of like how the early C45ACCTE models were assigned, I have noticed that most ET usage through Utah is mainly on the long distance trains coming in or out of California causing an odd void of ET's coming through while there has been an increase of C44-9W's and Dash 8's making a return to shorter distance mixed freights which are not going in or out California. Recently they were using one on a PTC test train here in Salt Lake City, Utah and I have seen an one run a very short local which consisted of one hopper returning downhill to Ogden, Utah with two other mainline locomotives behind it.

As for the difference between models, they were having clearance issues with coal loaders back east which caused GE to deliver them slightly shorter (at least from what I have been told) but they may have also had aerodynamics in mind. Reason I think aerodynamics would also be part of the case is because they seem to have a dominance in the lash ups of the faster moving stack trains, 8 times out of 10 if there is an ET44AH on a stack train it is leading and up front. (at least from times I have spotted them.) The boxy extension series goes from UP 2570 to UP 2669, then the humped or contoured version runs from UP 2670 to 2739. Anything from 2740 and above, from what I have recorded, are back to Tier 4 credits which are the normal ES44AH/C45AH units which UP receive for buying said Tier 4's.

I don't want to go off-topic here, but you claim that there is a freeware Tier four model for TS. Where might I be able to get my hands on them if you don't mind telling me?
Go to the locomotives section :-)

That's actually a PennCoal ES44 repaint with child objects. It's not the same as the one Ian's making.

just some more progress...slowly coming along

trucks are like 90% done need to bevel the edges and put in the center unit that connects to the engine body, more pipes. this ** thing has so many pipes underneath the body, by far my most detailed job. 185k without cab done, and to answer your question yes this will be for TSW and TS 2017
