Bob, I finally saw what I imagine you mean, so I moved in for a close-up:

Anyway, it looks to me as though those little, whitish dots and drops of rain on the glass seen between the glass and the wiper arms. Does that make sense?

Yes that is what it is, but it does not look like that on my car window/wipers in the rain.

I think that the rain on the windows is not as good as in TS2017.
