I believe the problem can be solved using a replacement "logo_BNSF.TgPcDx" file.

1. Extract the folder "System" from the "/Assets/Barnez/BNSFChicago/BNSFChiucagoAssetsSystem.ap" file using 7z
2. Open the System Folder
3. Open the TexturesUSA folder
4. Rename the "logo_BNSF.TgPcDx" file to "orig_logo_BNSF.TgPcDx"
5. Extract and save the attached "logo_BNSF.TgPcDx" file to the "../System/TexturesUSA" folder
6. Test it.

I have a question before you surrender. Have you taken the folder that is being talked about and put a .xxx as a suffix to the folders name? That will disable it and either the BNSF will disappear or it will show the 'missing texture' sign and then we will know what you are working with here.
