I'm not sure if anyone has made any FTs - Dick Cowen maybe?

And as I do recall somewhere there is a D&RGW repaint of it in the requested scheme too

Yes there is an FT set by Dick Cowan. And there is an Rio Grande skin available for it in the RWA library it comes out saying " FILES MISSING".
