Hello.
The passenger view lacks lighting.

This screenshot is inside a tunnel.

Google Earth Overlay was used to make this route, and it lines up very well.
I don't understand why your version is offset like that.

When driving the MP36PH in the rain the wipers don't wipe properly. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CIR2lY8 ... e=youtu.be Have seen this before. Jagged edges where the wipers have been.

Thanks for the information that is good to know that it is lined up properly. I will have to look into why mine is off. If anyone has any ideas that would be great.

WTH!
I've seen that with car wipers. I think that and the occasional squeak are pretty authentic. *!twisted!*

I put a new API Key in still having the same problem very strange. Good to know it is just on my end. Still very strange. I checked some of my personal routes and some of DTGs Routes. This weird thing only happens with this route. Like I said very strange. So I will just enjoy it and not extend it.

Yeah maybe intentional. Worn wiper blades. I reported it to DTG, see what they say.

The pixelated rain thing is on pretty much every loco, just more noticeable on some than others. That's just the way the rain thing works: it's based on a texture, and textures have pixels, so the wipers wipe away in pixels.

I've been using Train Maps Live for a while and this route is pretty spot on so far. I'ts powered by Google maps and the Raildriver API. Very cool to use if you have more than one monitor.

Isn't that what Matt P uses in his twitch streams?

I don't know, I've never watched the stream more than a couple of minutes. I know a year or two ago he was working on his own thing like this, I don't know if this is it. I forget how I stumbled across it but I use it all the time now, I love to see where I am in real time. It's a must have until we get some triple screen action for real.

AFIK Matt uses something a bit different that he made. The reason we are not using the exact same version as him is because DTG never lets him put up code that he has made, so someone not affiliated with DTG had to make the version the common people use.
