Thanks to a friend who solved the problem.

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\RailWorks\Assets\DTM\GP35-DRGW\RailVehicles\Freight\Hopper\System\Textures

Copy primarynumber_3.TgPcDx and rename the copy primarynumber_4.TgPcDx

That should give you the full 5 digit number if you use Buzz's fix first.

I have also looked at the Geo after introducing the corrections mentioned by Buzz, but found nothing related with that missing digit, which is always a one as indicated in the autonumbering table.
The primary numbers in the system textures are also referenced to WP instead of DRGW. I have tried a few changes but unsuccessfully. They have to do with the decals but I don´t understand those. !**conf**!

I have just tried this and still have a missing number. Do you need to change this in the file string "<Name d:type="cDeltaString">DTM\GP35-WP\RailVehicles\Freight\Hopper\System\Textures\primarynumber_3</Name>" to _4 with RW-Tools? I have tried but the option of saving is grayed out.

I don't have the files here and my friend is unavailable, but the only edit done to the geo was to change all instances of WP to DRGW.

There was no edit to the texture file, just copied 3 and renamed the copy to 4

Clear your cache and make a new consist and see if that works. I won't be able to do any real testing until I can budget more spending around the 28th. I hope DTM have fixed it by then.

Thank you for the reply. I have done the rename as Buzz has suggested and the copy and file name change.Still 1 number missing.

There's no nice way to say this.

People scream bloody murder and try to crucify DTG over much lesser issues than those appearing here.

This type of thing needs to stop appearing with DTM releases on T&D.

Sorry for the inconvenience boys.
We should not be so extreme. Here you have the support to correct everything this bad. We do not have a team of testing to prevent these things.
I sending the update today *!rolleyes!*

Or people need to stop screaming at small game publishers. Maybe even try to understand the gaming industry and realize that DTM, and even DTG, are not EA, Microsoft or IBM.

For DTM and Trains & Drivers. Bought this EMD GP35 D&RGW yesterday and have found the truck textures, on the hopper, missing and number. No reply on DTM site as yet. Why is this not fixed? The GEO texture files are pointing at gp35-wp, which I do not have. I have fixed the texture file now it points at the correct file but number not fixed.

I would also like to know how a simple fix like this one takes so much time !**conf**!

Have any of you thought about PM to Martin or do you just want to complain here?
