Just some things to toss in here.... I think with the amount of NS stock that has been made, an NS route is due to run it on.
However that Albany division seems like it might have some action around there??

Please pardon the interruption,

Over the years, lived in PA for almost two to be exact, specifically the Poconos, learned the largest collection of railroads massed the state, mountains rising almost 4,000 feet, folks back in early 1800, loved the land and its challenges, most mountains untouched by humans, only by nature and HIS animals alone.

Even today, much can be learned from a tremendous wealth of history, of railroading not found in such density elsewhere, second to none.

How 'bout if route builders, build this fellow his home, in color that matches, he will gladly provide a four sided set of pic's, the rest, his choice of route, sounds like something Rich Garber would love to take on?

Your very first customer, is waiting Rich, add it to your routes to build list? !*don-know!* !**conf**! **!!2cents!!** !*brav*! *!lol!*

This is exactly why this gal is here. For me it's not about the trains... it's about how the trains changed people and history forever. A [very] little known fact: if the C&O had chosen the Monroe County route proposal instead of the Greenbrier County one, I would not have been born.

I'd love to see the Copper Canyon route in northern Mexico. It's a bit over 390 miles long from Topolobampo to Chihuahua. It passes over 39 bridges and through 86 tunnels. It would be a blast to run; but, would be a nightmare to model.

I'd also love to run the Puebla, Mexico to Oaxaca, Mexico line (abandoned in the late 1990's). It was a great route as well - following a river canyon just above the river though various tunnels, bridges, and rock overhangs.

Heck, I'd even be happy with a FNM repaint of a GP-38-2. :D

5. Provide (optional) other details. This was my favorite MSTS route.

Amazing, have friends in Williamston, boy was CSX busier than a starving mongoose in that region. Check out Tori's C&O/B&O latest creation, still in beta, and we all have the advantages of extending this great route to your area of preference.

1. Freeware or payware? Either or, doesn't matter to me.
2. Route? CSX from the coal fields in WV to Newport News Coal Terminal or the Atlanta to Chattanooga Mainline (runs right out my back door so to speak).
3. Era? Present day.
4. 3DTrains Scale Rail and Roads? Yes, of course.
5. Other details? Add the sidings to Lockheed Martin in Marietta GA along with the small route that runs up to Woodstock GA and the routes off the mainline near Cartersville and in VA, the lines running to Ft. Eustis (US Army Transportation School) and to Yorktown (Western refinery).

I also live on that line, in Acworth.

That would be the Georgia Northeastern. It runs from Elizabeth to Tate. Actually it runs all the way up to Blue Ridge and beyond - the rail line does anyway.
The Blue Ridge Scenic uses GNRR engines.

When I had RW installed a while back I started working on that route. I'd still like to finish it. I think I still have all the DEMs and some of the decals, as well as the route backed up.

well this area is already being modelded for NS so CSX shoulden't be too far off, and there is some CSX track there already.

I knew you lived somewhere in the local area, wasn't sure how close though. I have been caught by the GNRR a time or two along GA 5 and know that they transfer stuff back and forth from the CSX line in Marietta to business through the area at the minimum and they seem pretty busy and why I think it would be a neat little route to be included in a such a CSX route. This goes for the rail sidings at Lockheed Martin and the lines going into Lockheed. I have seen an aircraft part or two in gondolas there over the years though I have seen many empty multimodal cars parked there as well.

This was out my backdoor until the moved the plane about 2 miles up the road and closed the base.
