Hmmm, interesting. Well you definitely have enough space and your specs are fine.. but something is definitely corrupting or interfering for it to do this. What about antivirus program? Do you have any installed.

"In some cases, dbghelp.dll errors could indicate a registry problem, a virus or malware issue, or even a hardware failure."

Maybe you're having troubles due to bad memory?

It's not the game, it's definitely a hardware problem with your new PC.

Are you running the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Drivers? If so uninstall and try installing version 11.
It's one of the .exe ones... can't remember which, although I think it's probably the top one, if not try the bottom one.

Did you look for Intel's diagnostic tools, or run any that might have come with your new PC?
Things like this?

I don't think it's hardware related at all i have thrown 4 of the most demanding games i have at it Battlefield 4 Ultra Settings Just Cause 3 Ultra Settings GTA 5 Ultra Settings Far Cry 4 Ultra Settings played all of those for hrs on end no crashes no nothing..they all ran smoothly..so we can pretty much mark hardware failure off the list..and far as the things you listed i never use that stuff off the installation cd's most of it is outdated i let windows update take care of it..i got one more thing to try..im gonna disable one of the gpu's and try to run railworks off it. cause at the moment both of them are enabled

Some basic tests
Have you run sfc /scannow at a command prompt? Any errors
Likewise "dxdiag" any errors?
Chkdsk /r to run at next boot (Google).
How much free space on the TS2016 SSD?

You have definitely carried out a clean install of TS2016 ie deleted the railworks folder and reinstalled from Steam?

What settings do you have in NVidia Control panel under "manage 3D settings" for TS 2016.
What settings do you have in TS 2016?

Curious as to why you have such a relatively low cpu speed when you have 2 Titans installed !**conf**! - IMO they need an OC of 4.6 - 4.8 Ghz to function optimally. !!*ok*!!

Up to this point Peter i have done everything i was told to do here on this forum..still no change i have reinstalled TS2016 both times fresh installs and the last thing i won't do is the overclocking way to much money to risk to even think about that and i don't have a clue how to do it..so im just stumped as to why other games run smooth as butter..so for the time being i just left TS2016 alone and on the SSD i have like a little bit over 300 gigs of free space left not a very large TS 2016 install all the gpu settings in the Nvidia Control Panel are default i changed nothing there and in game i have settings at HIgh and it still runs like a slug..so i just decided to walk away from TS2016 untill i can figure out what's going with it

Just for a test have you tried backing your settings way off and see what happens to your FR? It seems to me that we still haven't figured out whether the problem is with TS or if something in TS is causing a bottleneck somewhere else. I am also curious if there is any big difference in running full screen ir windowed mode. If you would take the time to run these simple test maybe something will jump out.

i'll try those test you recomended and also i just got off the phone with the people that built the pc and just like you mention he said something about a bottleneck could be happening so he wants me to send the entire computer back...because he thinks there is a conflict between the motherboard and the graphics cards..but i'll try what you said and see if something jumps out and if not im gonna go ahead and send it back maybe they can figure out what's going on..but i am really grateful for people at this forum to take time out and try to help me

I thought i would come back and let you good people know that i got word on the computer i was having issues with and well none of it was good the entire motherboard was defective all 4 pci slots were bad....also a few of the usb plugs were damaged i guess all of this happened during shipping or somebody did a rush job on the build itself..and one of the titan gpu's was also damaged..so i guess that's why the issues with railworks was going on...but i got the new replacement yesterday and all is well with railworks it runs like a charm...so once again thank you kindly to all the folks that worked with me to help me try and resolve the issues
