Thanks, NStrains. If you have UPY-588 you won't notice any problems. It sure fooled me. It's only if you don't have UPY-588. There is an entry in the repaint ditchlights.bin that references UPY-588. I can change it easy enough, but how do I get the fix to other users?

You should probably repackage it. Though the work around is simple enough. Just install the UPY.

You will quickly find that most users here don't know how or want to know how RW_Tools works. They just want the repaint.

I'm not sure, the most recent one that I found was a 2011 version. Is there one that is newer than that? I attached a pic of what I see in the folder

The locomotive in the library here is the original one from Dave Brindley, although it says new, it isn't as such, the dates are the same for all the files, 17th June 2010, irrespective of where you obtain the loco from.

I think the lights folder is the issue here, as the original MOPAC loco didn't have ditchlights and to have those on the Norfolk Southern repaints the creators had to utilise the UP Yard GP15 as the alias model as that had a ditch lights folder included with it.

I think I found it. I also have GP15 UPY-588 (available here) installed. That's where the ditch lights came from. If I delete it, my NS repaints with the ditch lights are gone. Restore UPY-588, and the NS repaints are back. There must be a reference in the *.bin that points to UPY-588. Here's the UPY...

It's available here. I'll bet if you install UPY-588, your NS repaints will show. Although no one else has found this. Does that mean all the other users have UPY-588? And I don't know how to fix it. I'll be darned if I can find anything.

Bingo! I needed that unit as well for it to work, now I see it and it works great!!

I included the appropriate ditchlight folders from UPY588 with the NS pack, I believe, so you shouldn't need it after all. You do need the original David Brindley GP15 though.
