EMD SD70 Volume 2 Lighting Enhancement

I was messing with the lighting textures on the SD70ACe and accidentally made an enhancement. Let me know what you think.

The glow is from Mike's consolidation. The texture's name was "flare".

It will, but as of now there is no visible light cast on the ground. That's something I will work on tonight.

Not much has happened recently with this but applying it to:
CSX YN3 and YN3b SD70MAC (Marketplace)
SD75

More progress will come soon, since this is the only other project I can move on with without anyone stepping in my way and telling me to do this and that. !**duh*!!

Edit: I have decided to upload what I have, and will update the file as needed.
