You should have been prompted to sign up in game, after the 2016 update.

The same stuff that was posted in December about the freebie then again in January and then again this month, first where is it, second how do I find it and last but not least how do I install it.

How about making an on-going sticky or non-sticky generic "TS Rewards" thread so new threads aren't being made monthly.

I think this is the best TS freebie so far! Considering they are FREE they did a pretty good job.
