How to figure out what is in a Railworks steam update

That article posted here is now redundant and complicated. To do this now just open up your folder, move pointer over date modified, click on the down arrow on the right and a calendar of the month will show, select the day and files that were modified etc on that day will show up.

That works very well if there are only a few modified files.

However, if there are hundreds and you want to know what has been modified in which folders, my method will do that. (It's not actually that complicated for someone that knows their way around their computer.)
