D&RGW SD9 reskining question

Unread postby exether_mega » Fri Sep 25, 2015 9:10 pm

Hi guys,

does someone have already tried to reskin the D&RGW SD9 ?
I have looked on TgPcDx textures and this is very strange. Some are realy heavy (25mo) and some lighter (5.4mo). I can edit light and heavy file but no way to export heavy one. RSBin Tool say they must be saved in 32bit ARGB uncompressed. As my computer is running on 64bit, don't know how to do. And strangely, heavy texture are those used in game. No idea why light ones are for. So if anybody can help me resolving this problem, I will be more than happy. Thanks.

If you have DXTBmp one of the choices is DDS888-8 32bit. That is the 32bit ARGB. I also think you can just take nmc one copy it somewhere and rename it nm and stick it back in there and the loco will show up no matter how the settings are in the computer. Supposedly the ARGB shows more detail.
