Train derailed due to consist tilt

I'm developing scenario for Canadian Mountain Passes, and I have this error very often with loaded grain hoppers.
It happens with 50% rate, when I pass switch from Eldon siding to the main track west,
or either on downhill runs using dynamic brakes. If this is related to car physics settings, how to eliminate it?
Does center of gravity of the car make sense?

I don't own that particular route, but it has been a problem with open top hoppers and low side gondolas for years. Those cars typically don't load the engines on a hill properly either.
Typically the train will act very heavy on start from a dead stop, but fly uphill like there is a minus weight figure. It's why I avoid scenarios with loaded hoppers and gondolas, like unit coal trains.
What's puzzling me, is that the hoppers you are describing are closed top? If so they don't usually suffer that bug. It's usually the open top cars.

I believe this is actually related to the use of the dynamic brakes. I don't have this route as well, but had some steep grades where it did that to me as well awhile back. When I was coming down the hill, using the dynamic brakes I slowly let off of them, and while doing so, slowed the entire train using the air brakes to reduce consist speed instead of the speed and the head end. This helped with the derailment to be non existent in my case. Unless you have a DPU, then you can just use the dynamic brakes. However, I like to use my first method. Not sure if this will help with your case; wouldn't hurt to give it a try.

Possibly, I know I haven't had an issue like this for awhile, but trying to help you solve the issue or at least pin point the issue. I would think that if the cars would to come disconnected and hit the other end of the train, it shouldn't say consist tilt, it would be consist collision instead; unless they reconnect.
