Santa Fe Steam

Why hasn't the ATSF 3751 been created for TS? Just curious

Because DTG probably has no interest in doing US steam themselves and no third party dev has had the time.

I think that BritKits has a "light" 2-10-2 based on the ATSF. Yep, just looked again it's the 3800 class

Dick built a USRA Light 2-10-2, but not the one actually used by the Santa Fe railroad. The 3800 number on his model is a foob.

A "foob" is something made up (faked). The term is fairly common, especially among model railroaders - think of Lionel slapping Chessie on an F7.

In the case of the Dick's USRA Light 2-10-2, an otherwise excellent model, the Santa Fe never owned any.

I don't believe Dick made any reference to AT&SF RR. The engine was called a Santa Fe.
