ThanksI think the 2 tone grey (without the Armor Gold stripe) is about my favourite US steam livery - to me it beats the SP Daylight and Milwaukee red/orange. It is understated and has class. (on reflection possibly a tie with NW J's and the Powatan Black and Red)

Curiously, it happens to be my favourite too

You should make an FEF-1 or FEF-2, with a changeable pilot ( like the elephant ears, you know a code or something), and a six axle tender. These are sweet...and this is from an old man! Then go ahead and rewrite the Big Boy and the Challenger! I am getting close to retirement and need some "toys" to play with on a rainy day!![]()
Thanks Again Mike! Great work!!!

Glad you're enjoying them Galen![]()
I did wonder about an FEF-1, but I think it'll have to be something different for the next project. We shall see![]()

I'll continue pestering the people at DTG to get them to look into the problems TS2015 has with the wind, see if we can get back to the way my particle emitters looked when I tuned them for TS2014 and stop them from blowing sideways.

The answer may just be to make your own 3d Weather Blueprint; 'Silver Lining Weather Blueprint' is now an option in the Blueprints list - it has options in there for wind speed and direction etc. I havent played with it myself but it seems fairly advanced as far as blueprints go, with options for wind altitudes. Could just set no wind and then your particles won't keep blowing away.
Just a thought anyway, I am still greatly enjoying this beats, though it does make one of the two largest classes of steam locomotive to work here in NZ look rather tiny by comparison...
Should have stuck my little 0-4-0 beside it. It'd only be about the size of the cylinder block I reckon!
