I am shocked no one seen that 39 ford elevated at the dock... Better put on your spec's next time Jack. LOL Maybe one day will have all that we want and that includes everything.. But for now we just try to make static scenes look realistic enough to make the route enjoyable. Hopefully with all the effort that has gone into the making of this route most of you will find it enjoyable and realistic.. Btw since it wasn't really mentioned I thought the first shot of Baxter's crossing looked to cool, M. Durdan' s Bait shop, RCAP Gas station, UKTS FP Anchor Restaurant and Pub... Cheers All....

Yesterday 's picture of Baxter crossing is lovely. It was awow! moment for me.
Now for my own nit - picking : on that picture it looks like there's a pole between the rails.

It has been suggested that I lighten up a little on some of my comments about people 'nit picking stuff'. I will do that. I have a suggestion and that suggestion is to use the PM route when finding things that might be out of place or not quite right instead of pointing it out to the whole world. Perhaps that would be a more tactful way of making suggestions rather than holding errors up in public.

Unfortunately, despite all the recent eye candy in the form of dynamic 3D clouds, the weather in Railworks still leaves a lot to be desired.

We have wet windscreens, but no puddles on the ground or gleaming wet car roofs etc.?

Winter textures aren't provided with many assets, making a snow scenarios sometimes very patchy.

In the future perhaps?

I think they're working on the dog-poop-persistence element now & will return to weather soon.

Nice! Then we'll be able to watch the clones shake the "persistence" off of their shoes. !*lho*!
