O.K I am finished with downtown Santa Cruz. I will now work my way back up the Santa Cruz Mountains. I have about Five miles of scenery to do to reach where I left off on the mountain. Here are some pictures of downtown Santa Cruz.

Thank You like i said in an earlier post I don't make my own assets. I look at what I have and try to match it as close as posible. If i could make assets i would make what is really their. So knowing that is looks good really helps me know that I am doing it right. So thank you so much. I have changed some things i did not want to make the hill portion by the hotel. But it is a fantasy route based on the real thing. That way i can make it close but put my flair to it.

I took a look at the core route list of the Railworks ,TS2012,TS2013,TS2014 AND TS2015. And the routes that I am using. For those of you that are planning to download my new route when I am done. Here a list of routes that I am using and what year that they were in the core program for that year. Cajon Pass RW-RW2-TS2012. Horseshoe Curve- TS2012. London Brighton- TS2012. Sherman Hill-TS2013. Donner Pass-TS2014. Pacific SurflinerTS2015. Here is a list of the other Payware Routes that you will need. Marias Pass RSC, Stevens Pass, Portland Terminal, Fort Kent to Eagle Lake, Colton And Northern, Rascal and Cottonwood. You can get all of these from The Steam Store. You will also need From the Market place on TS2015 main site or in the program. Town Scenery Pack, Platform Clutter Scenery Pack. Here are other Payware assets you have to get from other sites. http://eyein12.blogspot.com You will need his SOO Line

assets and his Seattle Subdivision To Tacoma assets. His two routes don't cost a lot but you will need both of them. GtraX DSNG route. His site is http://www.gtraxsims.com And the last is 3DTrains at 3dtrains.com I use his Rural Landscapes, World Landscapes, ScaleRoads And RW ScailRail. He has freeware versions, I use his Payware ones. I will package up the freeware assets that I use and put them on my Media Fire site for everyone to download. I still have a long ways to go but I thought I would show everyone what they will need for everything to show up. So if most of you have had this Train Simulator program for years you should have most of this routes already. For those that don't have all of these Routes. You will find here what you will need. If anyone has any questions please just ask me. I will continue to update everyone on my progress. There is another Route that I used assets from it is RWA Lakeside Route. I am updating this post on 10-19-2014. I have uploaded all of the freeware assets to my Media Fire site. I put them in RWP files there are Six downloads. I did this because I did not want to put it in a large file. If I use more freeware assets than I have used to date I will put those on my Media Fire site also. You all will need another freeware asset it is RECAP and it can be downloaded from this site RailWorks America.

Here is a new video of Downtown Santa Cruz. I put in a loop in the route that is not there in real life. I wanted a way to bring the trains back around so everyone can got back up to Roaring Camp Big trees. The loop goes through a small residential area and a business park. I am putting in a small yard just past the station and the Beach. Once that is done I will continue back up the Mountain. Here is the video I made tonight. http://youtu.be/pWeP3soIWeA

I have finished the route. My friend is testing it and helping me package it up. I took a lot of screen shot 160 of them. It starts from the start of the route and goes to the end of the route. I put them on my Photbucket site here is the link. I hope everyone enjoys my route. It was a lot of fun making it. I think I will take a break from making routes for a while. When I start a route that is all I want to do so I need a breather for a while. http://s37.photobucket.com/user/dleeboy/slideshow/

Great!
Suggestion: ask a couple of people to write a few simple standard scenarios and package them with the route.

I have a Freeroam scenarios in the route. I can make a standard scenarios but that is not my specialty. Are you good at that or do you know anyone that is. Once my friend tests the route and fixes what needs to be fixed. I am willing to give it to someone that is good at making standard scenarios before I post it but only to one person. Like I said I have a freeroam scenarios already in the route. And once everyone has it everyone can put there own scenarios in the route.
