Blueprint editor upgrades

The blueprint editor is also getting some nice upgrades.

Some of that functionality is not new, just new tool buttons to get at the functions. Export With References will be very useful though.

I certainly hope they don't break the blueprint editor again. I remember back to a time when they upgraded the game and somehow broke the blueprint editor to where it wouldn't work.

I hope that doesn't ever happen again.
