Question: Solved 9/12/2014

Unread postby Railfan587 » Tue Jul 15, 2014 4:08 pm

I have a question. Is there anyway to change the G-TraX NKP 765 model to have the NKP style number-boards on the generic NKP Berk model? When this model was first released, 765 still had the C&O style number-boards. I know it's not a big deal since I don't spend a lot of time looking at the front of the loco anyway, but I was just wondering.

I think I have all these and I'm not sure what you are talking about. Do you have a picture? I am pretty sure I have the originals and I can't see any difference.

Looking at the files it appears that you can't do that.

Ok. It wasn't a big deal anyway.

I know I'm bumping this thread, but I solved my problem and switching the number-boards can be done.

How did you do it? Because i have the berks and i kinda want to switch them just for more accuracy, if it involves editing the geopcdx then count me out (unless it's easy)

All I did was paint the NKP number-boards over the C&O number-boards. The NKP number-boards were put back on 765 in the summer of 2011, and I switched the number-boards so I could run excursions set during 765's first excursion career (1980-1993), and after summer 2011.
