That would be artimrj assets.
Also you could look at the nerw terrain texture file and copy the references out of it and add them to the Lakeside's, and copy any of the textures files as well. You can do anything you want with NERW stuff except sell it as it is all freeware. A lot of the NERW textures are either US or UK default. Rich Wade made a bunch of custom ones for it also.
If you need assistance, I can help you some this weekend moving and editing files if need be. You just need to figure out which ones you want. There is dark mud and dirt and other dark items wif that's what your looking for.
Look in D:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\railworks\Assets\Artimrj\Routes\Environment\Terrain or where you Railworks is and open texturing.bin. That is the file that references all the paintable textures. Every route has one. If you add any you have to add them at the bottom of the list or you will get strange results next time your in the game.
